Experienced & Professional Group Workouts

Our team workouts are highly motivating and will help you over come any fears you have in the gym. You will learn how to lift properly, maintain great form to prevent injuries and maximize your efforts to yield great results. Our goal is to have you feeling strong and confident after every group workout. You will be surrounded by other Team Boflex members who only want to help you succeed and grow. 

 

If you are local in the North Austin area or want to make a trip, come visit us at the House of Gainz in Georgetown, Tx for a team workout! All fitness levels are welcomed! Beginner and advanced athletes.

Workout Split

6:00 AM

Monday- Back

Tuesday- Quads/ Glutes

Wednesday- Chest/ Abs

Thursday- Shoulders/ Abs

Friday- Hamstrings/ Glutes

4:30PM & 6:00 PM

Monday- Quads/ Glutes

Tuesday- Back/ Bicepts

Wednesday- Chest/ Shoulders/ Triceps/ Abs

Thursday- Hamstrings/ Glutes

Friday- No Evening Workouts Scheduled

9:00 AM

Saturday- Free Day
